Tornado Relief

As you may have heard, several cities all across the South were devastated by tornadoes a few weeks ago. Ringgold, Georgia was one of the hardest hit cities in our state. New Passion is partnering with Peavine Baptist Church near Ringgold to bring relief support to their citizens.

Over the last two weeks, we collected and delivered two twelve-foot enclosed trailers full of water, work equipment and personal items, as well as financial gifts to the Ringgold area. We appreciate all of the sacrifice those from our church and from our community made to help the victims of these tornadoes.

Here’s How You Can Help:

In phase three, New Passion will only collect  financial donations (online or in-person) for the tornado victims. These donations will go directly to the victims through Peavine Baptist Church. The collection of supplies at this time is very scarce and without a full load it is too expensive with fuel costs to deliver a handful of goods, when financial support can be mailed.

In phase four this Summer, New Passion is planning a work project missions trip to physically help the people of Ringgold clean-up and get back on their feet. At that time, we may deliver more supplies if they are requested from our local contacts.

Financial Donations:

100% of your donations are tax-deductible and will go directly to the people of Ringgold and the surrounding areas, you can give online below through Google’s secure checkout page or you can write a check to New Passion Church (please memo your check “Tornado Relief Fund”). At the end of the year, you will receive a contribution statement for your gift:
